50% water change on the 10 gallon. Topped off the 29. I have natural gravel in the 10 and its just dark and depressing. thinking of putting in sand.

Tried feeding my new fish. The platy ate but the guppy didn't realy.

Re-wired a hood from fluorescent tube to screw in cfl. Yay my 20L has light!

Ordered a ballast for one of my Coralife strips.

Got background material for the wall behind the new tanks. It's fake wood paneling, the tanks have been spray painted black on the back, so we wanted something to contrast other than ugly paneling.

fragged one of my corals and put the frags in empty spots to fill voids
fixed broken the power head
and rearranged a bit and glued things down so my clown don't move them again
glue lots and lots of glue :D I'm amazed I didn't glue my fingers together doing this

moved this one up to fill a big void and to give duster some company

Water changes and sand vacs all around, slight rearranging in the African tank since they think its cool to collapse my structures :p worked on the plumbing on my 150g saltwater I'm building. Scraped silicone off the 150g I got off Craigslist for my Africans... For some reason the previous owner had "painted" gobs of silicone all over an around the top trim piece (said it leaked?!) and then fed everyone and tucked them in for the night :D

Water change on my 75 gallon African tank. Cleaned, broke down, cleaned impeller and reassembled my fx5, found babies in my canister, found one of my CAE in my AC110 all are alive.

More work on the 55g I picked up for free off Craigslist. Got it up and running now (need to update my thread...). Water is now clear, it was mud from the flourite for a couple days :D. Found some fish on sale at LFS I liked, so I added 2 Black kuhli loach, 1 peppered cory catfish, 2 scissortail rasbora. Also picked up 4 new plants, a rose sword, 2x green ozelot, and a red flame sword. Gave one of them to my roomie, kenbob. And finally buckled down and got to planting everything. Looks smexy so far! :D

You should up the numbers on the corey cats to atleast 5 or 6

Well first off, I would try and figure out why the first one died? Did you test your water parameters?

I changed my 10 g tank water today. My platy was hit by the falling water from the bucket and got pushed to the bottom of my tank. :(

Im sure it was bullied by the other ram. The size between the 2 was the only way I could tell them apart. The one that died was pretty small. Today is water change day. So I did a 50% change when I got home( normally it's a 25-30%pwc) it's a 29 gallon with 7 black skirts, 4 black khuli loaches, clown pleco and some ghost shrimp along with the other ram

Not sure about adding another then since its a bully. Maybe rearrange your decor and try and find another one close to the size of yours. Id be concerned about adding another one but that's just me because the bolivian rams around me run for $12.99 at the lfs. Gbr's are only $8.99. I figured they would be more but I guess I am wrong lol

Yeah, if I'd add a new ram, I'd search for one around the same size. Thanks.

Picked a couple big snails out of my fry tank from the plants brought home from the lfs awhile back. There are eggs EVERYWHERE lol! Gave them toi my oscar; who loved them! Fed everyone else

Fixed my aquarium lights this morning n fed my Neo his morning snack (a bloodworm)..im gonna do a water change once i get off work then head to town to purchase all my new aquarium equipment for my 55g tank n rearrange the house to set it up for cycling.
