Both our tanks are in the living room. One sits between my study desk and the rest of the room (so I can distract myself from my studies when I need a break) and the other is in one of the cubbies on our entertainment center/cabinet.

That is AWESOME, I want one. Talk about a tranquil place to sleep, I'd never want to get out of bed.

All my tanks are in the living room and close to the bathroom for water changes. Its taking up a whole corner of the living room. I hate the thought of moving next year.

I have a 29 gallon at the foot of my bed, and a ten gallon on both sides of the bed on night stands, hoping to get a larger tank soon.

That sounds awesome that you are surrounded by your tanks.
