I believe it will be no problem.
It just takes planning and the ability to do many PWC when things fall apart

Seriously though, the house market here is insane....houses selling at 10% above asking within hours of being listed, and since May 1, the average market price for a house has been climbing by $1150 a day.

Wow Toirtis. That is insane. Can't move, family business and all family here. New house has plenty of room. Plus we have possession of the 2 houses for 5 weeks overlap.
