I believe in refers to how many votes (people coming INto their site). Out, is how many have clicked on the AA link on aquarank. I am not certain, correct me if I am wrong.

If it is found that someone is voting excessively on a single day from a single IP, our site will be taken down from the Aquarank site.

I don't doubt that.

I just wanted to let everyone know that if they vote more than once on a particular computer that it will only count as one vote and if done excessively, will result in our site being pulled.
