So I got to work yesterday and was informed that there was a "betta incident" the night prior.
Apparently 3 teenagers came in.. each grabbed a betta and rang up. Well, no one thought much of it apparently(like I needed one more reason to hate the cups), and about 30 minutes later someone calls the store to say they noticed betta cups sitting on the curb. One of my coworkers goes out to see what's going on and found that they had taken all 3 and put them into one cup with a sign that said "Will fight for food". Seriously, what is wrong with people?
Another reason I am seriously contemplating a new job. Poor betta's.
