Algae and Dead Leave Problems

I am experiencing a few problems at once in the tank. First, there's algae everywhere. 2nd, it appears that the stem leaves of teh Macrandra are dying. Everything grows at the tops, but underneath is not lookign so hot.

PH 7
KH 7
Phos - 1
Nitrate 20 ppm

Dosing:

Flourish - 2x a week
K - 1 x a week
Nitrogen and Phosphorous - as needed
Iron - 2x a week
NO EXCEL

any ideas?

When are you going to post the pics we took this morning?

The CO2 is a bit low and that may be too much iron with both the flourish and the supplemental iron. You may want to nudge the Phosphate up a bit.

The leaves not growing at the bottom could be that the light is not getting to the bottoms of your plants. Maybe spread them out a bit.
