After several days of reading and research I think I'm ready to move forward my first planted build.
Here is my plan.
I'm going to mix two bags of Carib Sea Flora Maz and 1 bag of Eco Complete and that should give me about 1.5 lbs/gallon.
I was going to order 1 micro sword, 2 Anubias Hastifolia, 3 Dwarf Sagittania and maybe one Water Sprite. I have 3 small Java Ferns and 2 marimo mossballs already. I'm unsure about the Water Sprite the maximum recommended ph is 6.5 which is less than everything else so maybe it's not compatible.
I was going to order a glass canopy and a light. I need help deciding between two lights. This one Finnex FugeRay Planted+ or the Finnex Stingray. The Stingray is about $30 cheaper. My goal is a beginner low to medium light set up with no need for CO2 injection. I don't want to go there right now.
So what do you think? Any suggestions, additions or deletions? Thanks the advice!
