What is the best all in one fertilizer to use? I just got this tank running with pressurized c02 and med-high light? (T5 ho 4x54 6500k) I placed some root tabs around the anacharis I planted and some around the small crypts. What else should I do?

Probably Thrive.
For that size of a tank, I would consider using dry ferts. The cost liquid ferts will add up over time.

Does that light sound sufficient over the tank for mid light?

4 x T5-HO over a 75 is really high light. 130 PAR roughly.
Do the bulbs have individual reflectors? Can you run bulbs separately?

Make sure your pH drop from CO2 is 1.0 - 1.2.

Needed Dry Ferts:
KNO3
KH2PO4
K2SO4
CSM+B
DTPA Fe 11% - if your degassed pH is above 6.5.

You might need MgSO4 and CaSO4 too.

Macro Micro Nutrient Mix (equal parts Plantex CSM + boron, Potassium Nitrate, Potassium Sulfate, Magnesium Sulfate)
Does this sound good? That pH drop sounds just about right. I'm getting a 1.0 drop. My anacharis looks like it's dying out. I've only had it in for a few days but it's not looking too good at the moment.

Sounds like mine - I run two ~6500k bulbs and two pink bulbs.

Thinking of swapping to all pink and put a white led in front
