adding plants to new 20 gallon setup
going to begin planting 20 gallon high freshwater tank, with approx. 180 [acronym:417ee2d038="Gallons per hour"]GPH[/acronym:417ee2d038] worth of filtration, and a 75 gallon air pump pumping TONS, of bubbles into my tank. My question is, do I really need to bother with something like the suger + yeast small kit?? Or... will the fertilizers that I added suffice enough and with 100-150 watts of lights (depending on if I am home or not cause I have an extra light to turn on) be sufficient in keeping the plants looking good?
I am an experienced freshwater keeper, I am just baffled about the live plant issue. I use as mixture or floraprode and plant grow. |
