We just got a pair of AI Prime lights for our freshwater tank. We have them configured identically but one light shows a warmer temp and the other is cooler. Tried changing the settings on the second one to match but it won’t get the same warmth. Even if I put them on manual and set the exact same Kelvin, one is warmer than the other. Anyone seen this? What can we do? Is one a bad light?

Do all of the Diodes work on both of them? Try turning them all off and individually cranking them on to see if they all come on. They should have the same color temp when both on full blast.
Been troubleshooting this. After checking the website where I saw different spectrum for Prime Freshwater vs Prime HD. Even though the app shows both lights named freshwater, I checked the almost identical boxes and noticed the cooler tone one is HD. Back to the store tomorrow to get it exchanged (hopefully).
I should ask - which one should I exchange? Seems the PAR is better on the HD but I like the warmer tone of the other one. What’s better for a planted tank?
