ok finally got the ferts in today. how often would you recommend dosing the nitrate and K?

Keep Nitrate and Phosphate in a ratio around 10-20ppm Nitrate and 1ppm Phosphate. You'll need to do some testing to determine how much your plants are using and therefore how much to dose. With Potassium you'll want to start with 10-20ppm per week and use your plants as a guide to determine if you need to up the dose. You'll probably want to make this 2-3 smaller doses to reach the total 10-20ppm Potassium.
