Amano Shrimp & Mini Pellia

Amano shrimp wouldn't eat/harm mini pellia would they? I know mini pellia is ideal for dwarf shrimp, but an amano is so much bigger, I was just wondering.

I've seen an amano shrimp take out a small guppy, so I don't know what to tell you. Mine don't touch any of my plants but will eat everything else they can grab.
