Amazon sword trimming

I have a very large amazon sword(bleheri) and the leaves have holes in them. Should i remove these leaves? Basically every leaf has a couple of small holes in them and have no idea what to do to heal the plant. The plant is kept in a 38 gallon aquarium with a gold severum but he has never touched it, so i know he isnt the problem.

Trim off any affected leaves down at the base and pop a few good root tabs under it.
