I might have asked this before but does anyone know how to propagate anubias Congenisis? I have a small one in my 40 g tank. It's apparently supposed to grow very big so this one might not be old enough. Anyways does anyone know a propagation method apart from splitting the rhizome? Because the rhizome o my plant is small and covered by a thick glob of roots.

Theoretically you can pollinate the flowers that anubias send out and collect the seeds which you would have to sprout out of water and then transfer back to submerged conditions. That takes way more work than necessary and is very difficult to do successfully. I would stick to cutting the rhizome. (y)

Sounds a bit like aponogetons. I have some dried flowers which might have seeds (was told to pollinate by running a paintbrush along flower stem), so could try growing (but not got around to it as bit too much work at moment).
