Anubias Nana Flower?

Hi all,
Recently I have began to notice one of my anubias plants growing a small bud. My lights aren't the best so I assumed it was just a new leaf growing towards the light. Could this be a flower? Does this plant flower? What will I begin to see. The picture I attached is not my plant but the growth is the same

They will flower occasionally. Once opened the flower will begin to rot after a day or two if it is still submerged.
