Anubias Nana - Is this a normal color?

I have been growing this Anubias Nana for around 10 months and am concerned about the color of the leaves.
They seem yellower than normal, although it has been growing a lot faster than ever before.

Yellow leaves usually means a lack of iron.

flourish Iron will help.

looks like it is getting holes in it too. i would say it's a lack of potassium.
