Any info on these bulbs? (nevermind finally found info) - Aquarium Advice

I'm working on a 10 gal and the spiral CF bulbs don't seem to be cutting it.

I went out and I found Sylvania "aqarium light bulb" 40 watt T10 but it doesn't list the color temp.

I asked at the store and their big book didn't list the color and neither did the website.

have any of you had experience w/ these or are "aquarium" lights usually what we are looking for for plants?
