Any way to sterilize a plant from MTS eggs?

So title says it all. I wanna move some anubias in a tank that had a mts infection awhile back. I threw in some assassin snails a while back and they got rid of them but I don't want infect a new tank.

MTS are live bearing snails. A good rinsing of the plant should help dislodge any baby snails.
