Appropriate CO2 regulator?

This is my first time setting up real CO2. I came across this for extremely cheap and I'm hoping to use it in my new setup. Tips/thoughts?

What kind is it. It looks like it may not have the correct adapter. Hopefully someone will answer

The adapter on the right is the correct adapter for the 10lb tank that I have. The adapter on the left where the needle valve is concerns me.

I'm also going to make a trip to granger tomorrow morning to see if I can get a solenoid for it.
