Aragonite mixed with Eco-Complete?

I'm painting the back of my fish tank black right now, and I'm using aragonite right now, and am planning to be planting soon, so would it look really ugly if I mixed in some fluorite or eco-complete?

I mixed some flourite in with my black aquarium gravel. Tried to keep it away from the front as much as possible. Personally I think it kind of looks like crap. Eventually I plan I replacing the gravel/flourite mix with aquasoil.

I've mixed substrates it the past and was never completely saticefied with the results. I'd recommend doing a complete switch over mixing.
