Here is a shot of the rotala macrandra in my 10 gallon. I had to reduce my lights from 4 WPG to 1 WPG for a few days to kill greenwater. Thanks to all for your advice. It worked, water is clear. The rotala grew long and leggy in the temporary low light, CO2 left on. When I fired up to full light it turned this beautiful red with bigger leaves in a couple of days. It almost looks like a rose. Wish I had a better camera. NO3 is 10ppm PO4 is 1 ppm. K is 10. I am going to tear this tank down as it is just to small. I learned alot from it. I hope to replicate these same conditions in my next planted tank, a 20 gallon high.

That looks great Glen. 2 of the peices you gave me just started to grow (it took them a while to grow roots I'm thinking).. I hope they grow even half as nice as that one. Good luck with the 20Gal. I'm sure you'll have fun with the floor space :)
