Aquarium Advice Regular
Alright everyone, my new otto's have brought the fever back, and now I want to set my 20g back up.
First off, equipment:
20g long
Aqua clear 30
Tetra heater(forget the wattage, but maintained the tank at 78)
48w t5ho fixture
2x24w 6500k bulbs
Proposed stock:
6 ottos
5 glass cats
1 GBR?
Plants:
Amazon sword
Crypt wenditii
micro sword
Melon sword
My filter will be planted, media will be gravel, plant will be dwarf water bamboo.
Will the glass cats be okay in this size of a tank? I have seen recommended 25g, but I am hoping the length of this tank will give them some swimming room.
Will the GBR be too pushy for the fragile cats? If the ottos are struggling for food they will be relocated back to my 5g.
Would love any suggestions/criticism!
