Brown and yellow leaves

Some of my leaves are brown and yellow and they also look like if they're being eaten. I have water sprites, amazon swords, chain swords, jungle vals and crypt wendtii. In my 10g I have organic choice potting soil with about half an inch of pfs. I also dose 1.5 ml daily of flourish excel and 5 ml once a week of API leaf zone. I have 2 20 watts 6500k spiral cfl bulbs which are on for 8 hrs. What can I do?

I have 5 neons, 3 cardinals, 1 betta, 2 ottos, 4 ghost shrimps.

No snails

My water parameters are 0-0-20
