I've purchased from: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/categ.cfm?pCatId=768 twice, and I have received very nice plants.
They also have a great selection of equipment.

aquariumplants.com has quite a bit of [acronym:645a0287ec="Carbon dioxide"]CO2[/acronym:645a0287ec] gear, and plants.

www.aquariumlandscapes.net has about the largest selection of plants I've ever found online. Their prices are a bit higher than most, but the quality and service are top notch.

I used floridadriftwood.com also. Plants very healthy, nice quality, and packaging was tremendous. Shipped in the hottest of weather and all good. Very clean, very few snails if any at all, did not see any influx of snails in the tank. Now the negatives it was slow and a small portion of my order was not included. Contacted about the missing portions and was told will send must still be in the mail. Even with the negatives I would order again. Will try out a few other places before however. I don't think I will purchase from places that do not ship in styrofoam with heat and/or cold packs. Almost every order I have made not shipped in this fashion turned to mush or took a very long time to recooperate.
