Can Diy Co2 and a Finnex Planted plus 24/7 Grow Stuff Like Ar Mini

So for Christmas and my birthday I am revamping my tank and will get a Finnex planted plus 24/7. Also diy co2. (Citric acid). Will this along with PPs pro ferts and a substrate like Eco complete be enough to grow more demanding plants such as AR mini or R. Wallichi? Will it be able to carpet stuff Like DHG? Just wanted to know so I can be prepared. Not sure about fert dosing tbh other than that I will be doing dry ferts.

This would depend on the height of your tank.

Calling out personal experience I didn't realize just how powerful my 24/7 was on a 10g and was running about 80 PAR. So much light it caused an algae explosion! Now I know to dim the fixture a bunch

Standard ten gallon. I guess I might have to din it if I do diy co2

Personally I'd be dimming to around 50%
