I believe it's rather optional. I myself have KH2PO4, MgSO4 and KNO3 in my macro solution.

A ei calculator says my target ppm for KNO3 is 5. Do I need to reach 5 ppm every week when dosing?

I don't really do testing myself, but my fish are all okay with the EI + weekly 50% PWC. I'm guessing that's just a number where you should be a bit under or above. As the name suggests, EI is an 'estimative' index.

I have 2 bottles of 500ml, one contains macro, one contains micro nutrients.

The macro solution is the following:
15g KNO3
6g KH2PO4
37g MgSO4

The micro:
4g CSM+B

My cycle restarts every friday on which I do a 50% waterchange. On that same day I add 10ml/5g of my macro solution.
Sat: 10ml/5g micro
Sun: 10ml/5g macro
Mon: 10ml/5g mico
Tue: 10ml/5g macro
Wed: Rest
Thu: Rest
Fri: 50% PWC and start again

And by rest, you don't add any fertilizers? What size is your tank?

Don't add anything else! EI is very powerful and you shouldn't add any other ferts to it (except roottabs).
So no extra liquid ferts!
You can offcourse add liquid co2, since this is not a fert, but glut.
I have a 5, 10 and 30g

20ml of macro/micro should do. And add like 5-6ml liquid co2 a day
