Can i use florinmulti with flourish excel?

Yes. They are 2 different types of nutrients.

Flourish Excel is an organic source of Carbon that is readily usable by plants, used in place of CO2 injection generally.

Florinmulti is a K/trace mix. Both provide different things for your plants, so there are no cons to using them in conjunction.

Ok. Thanks. If I use Excel and Florinmulti do I need to worry about what I use in my chemical filtration? Currently using fluval carbon and clearmax.

I would remove both. Activated Carbon filtration can alter/remove some of the trace elements in your trace mix.
