can someone ID these algaes? (3 pics)

Hi everyone, I seem to have two main types of algae in my tank (discussed more at length in the thread about testing excel). Anyway, just so I'm sure what I'm dealing with, if someone could positively ID these I'd appreciate it.

First picture, you can see the brown stuff covering (but especially on the edges) of the sword leaves in the top half of the pic. And the rock in the bottom half of the pic (under the front end of my bamboo shrimp), yes, that is actually a rock that should be a plain, flat surface. Instead, it looks like a muddy/grassy field from all the algae.

Second pic is a shot of some driftwood, where you can see both the brown stuff and green stuff covering it. (And also "Judy," my female betta...)

Third one, another good shot of the dark brown algae that seems to cover almost all of the plants, and also the large tufts of green stuff all over.

Thanks, as always, for your help!

I need help!

#3 is Fuzz Algae

The others look like Brush Algae.

I do not know its technical name or if it is related, but "fuzz algae" is like a shorter BBA thats just on the edge of plant leaves. It is a common name in the hobby. Does #3 (with the Bamboo shrimp) come off when you rub it?

#2 is likely BBA, might be Cladorpha.

Agree #1's Brown tufts are BBA. The Green tufts like #2.

Good guides for your reference: http://www.aquaticscape.com/articles/algae.htm

Good luck.

Hmm, I was under the impression that the AFF were one of the few fish that actually enjoy eating BBA? Maybe try a blackout with the added benefit of during it (no feeding) the AFF might start munching on the BBA?

Well I'll be.......I have been thinking this whole time that I have BBA on my anubias and java ferns, until I saw that first site you linked.

Turns out I have staghorn algae.....which apparently is more insidious than BBA......
