Cant Find His Thread help Plz - Aquarium Advice

Hey all,

Awhile ago I came across a really good thread of a guy who built his own DIY reactor out of clear pvc, filled with bio-balls, he painted it black if that jogs anyones memory, he also built one for someone else.. um what else he used it on his Rena filstar filter.. does anyone know who or what Im talking about? Ive been trying to find his thread again for like the last half hour and i figured this might be faster ?

I just did a search in the DIY forum for " CO2 " (since CO2 by itself was too short) and the thread was about the 5th one down.
