Mind your own bussuiness!
I have an 8 litre (2.1 gal) tank wit java moss, two other plants, loma fern and soon maybe some duckweed? Do I need Co2 if so should I get a cinventional system or just homemade??

Sorry, eating breakfast. I don't think you'll need it. Just some root tabs will suffice for now. All those are root feeders, so Co2 and ferts aren't necessary unless you want them. Watch the duckweed... It's very hard to control.

Thanks homedog, I don't have duckweed yet it's just an idea??

Ah, well in that case... Stick to the others lol. It takes over FAST, and once it's there... Well, let's just say it's not going away any time soon.

1.6 WPG on a 2.1 gal tank? So you have a 3 watt light on the tank? You will definitely not need CO2. I would be surprised if anything survived for long under that small amount of light. The WPG "rule" is really not applicable to small sized tanks.
