CO2 15lb cylinder help

Just my .02 cents...CO2 is CO2 for our purposes. Whatever minor impurities might exist (and it's arguable whether any do) between industrial CO2 and "food-grade" CO2 are likely not noticeable or significant enough to matter for a fish tank.

As far as the cylinder is concerned, most of the information that I found in researching the issue before setting up my CO2 system related to using CO2 for beer. For the most part, people seemed unconcerned in that aspect. If it doesn't really matter for beer, I can't imagine it would make much difference for a fish tank.

I would think that so long as you get a clean cylinder and refill it from some reputable source, you'll be fine.
 
Whenever I take my tanks in for refills they ask what I am using it for and it always comes back filled with food grade CO2.
