Co2 mixes

Hello all!

Just out of curiosity, I wanted to know what mix you guys use in a DIY Co2 bottle, what works for you. If you could also tell me the bubble rate of your mix and how often you replace it. I have been using about 6 cups of water, 2 cups of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of dry active yeast. Just so you know, I have a 20g high low-medium light (29w T5). Thanks!
