If you do order from AP, don't forget the root pellets and pellet injector. Pellets are about $10/75. The injector allows you to push the pellets into the roots under the plants without getting your hands wet.
They have a nice selection of plants with different light requirements. It might be a good idea to get a variety of plants (in the low and medium light range) because some plants will grow and other will not in your tank.

Oh okay should I put plants in first or co2 first? It may take me a while to get the plants

Take it slow. First thing I would do is make out a list of all the plants you could ever think of wanting. I gave you a link to a store that has examples and basic care requirements for most common aquarium plants.

From there we can help you decide on equipment.

This is what I have so far. Not sure how tall the swords are tho. It just says large.

Do you have any idea how tall the jungle val and amazon sword is? I have a 19" tank.

Not sure how tall the sword will get but the tank you have will be tall enough. The Val can get lengthy (5'). Just cut it using sharp scissors. I once had a similar plant (Crystal River Val) and I would cut it to the height on the tank. It would continue to grow and if left unattended, would easily be the length of the tank (55g).

Do you have any other ideas? Should I order these today?

Does anyone know if you should order those plants listed? Sure, might as well give it a try.

Should I add co2 with these plants? Maybe liquid carbon will be better?

K I may order more plants because there is a discount on shipping and I may eventually get more anyway. :) Thanks for all your guys' help. I will go with liquid carbon for now and if I upgrade my lights, will get a co2 system.

Do you know if they give coupons, because I don't want to spent that much money for shipping and plants.

Is the AquariumPlants.com? You can check their website or Google. Not sure. Yeah, it is costly if you order less than $50 worth of plants. I did the same thing and actually had too many plants in my tank. Some things lived, some did not.
You may want to try Peabodys Paradise. Nothing but good reviews about them (I've ordered from them as well).
