Couple of plant ID's
They must be similar to each other, but one is definitely redder than the other.

Maybe, but the leaves don't look right to me. Maybe it's just the light though...

Well my rotala magenta looks like that, but the leaves are a kind if green to yellow while others are deep red. Not sure

The t8 in that 10g might cause them to grow different easily enough.
