Curious as to whether anyone has tried using this particular wood (lagerstroemia sp.)
It's a pretty wood, with beautiful coloration, but I'm not sure if it would last underwater.
Of course I could find out myself by keeping a piece in a bucket of water for a few months and see if it rots or not, but would love to know if others have already tried it.
