Today a friend of mine gave me some of this and im getting mixed messages from the research im doing on its care. Some places say its very fragile and hard to keep, other say its hardy and easy....anyone have any experience with it? Thanks in advance!

It needs high light. When I had it, the lower stems were prone to melting if they got shaded at ALL. CO2 is also highly recommend, and will likely come with the light levels that the plant wants.
