EI questions

SO...I have added pressurized co2 and want to know whether I am dosing to much or to little. Your help figuring this out is appreciated immensely.

ph 6.4
kh 3ppm
co2 35ppm
nitrate 20ppm
nitrite 0
amm 0

dosing for 40-60gal
1/2 tsp kno3, 1/8 tsp kh2po4, 1/8 tsp k2so4 all together and 1/2 tsp csm+b alternating days 3x week with a 50% water change. Stiil battling blue/brown algae and wondering if excess ferts could be cause. Again I appreciate the fedback from all you veterans and newbs like me and everyone in between...

Your dosing looks good. What is your tank's volume?

If the brown algae are diatoms they are normal for a new tank and will go away with time or otos/snails/etc.

If its BGA, you may just have to kill it first and slightly increase water circulation. It is often associated with low nitrates and if wanted you could bump up KNO3 dosing further to eliminate this possibility under EI.
