Hello K...
I would stick to the fertilizers that are recommended for aquarium use. This doesn't look like a standard brand. Here's what your plants need: Good lighting, typically a light strip with two bulbs, regular water changes, and a reasonable number of fish in the tank that are fed a balanced diet.
