Should i be using root tabs in my tank? I have the rotala, anubias, dwarf four leaf clover, bacopa, and val. I have just continued using the Flourish Comp. once a week

Would using Osmocote Plus in ice cubes benefit my plants? Does this replace my usual ferts?

If those are the only plants you have then you don't need root tabs. If you have any swords or crypts those need root tabs. Root tabs are not the same as ferts you dose the water with. The plants you listed benefit more from water dosed ferts.
