I currently just bought the 20 inch finnex planted plus for my 10 gallon with fertz and pressurized co2 wondering what plants I can grow or what lighting range I'm in

I think you will be in medium-high. With ferts and CO2, you should be able to grow all but the most advanced species. Here is a site that can get you inspired and give you some good research material. Note by each plant's name they have a rating of easy, medium or advanced. Good luck, OS.
