These are T5 NO ?

That's VERY low light. You should be able to grow the easy low light plants.

Anubias
Java Fern
Crypts ?
Moss ball ?

That's barely 1 watt per gallon. Which is an outdated way to measure light ,but in this case I think it applies.

In the future if you can run about 100 watts total of 6,500K light you would still be low light, but have more options.

Or look at a T5HO fixture. (high output).

I grew Myrio in my lowlight tank after someone told me it probably wouldn't grow in my tank without at least medium light and CO2
