Fish and plants

I have got three big sized plants in my 20gal. tank and I also have six black skirt tetras and different types of fish. Does the black skirt tetras need too many plants, they aren't acting weird or anything so should I still add plants?

They will not mind plants at all. Gives them places to hide and more security

Most fish like plants. My brother has a 38g full of driftwood, java moss, water sprite, and anubias. His school of black skirts look very happy. If you think you can use more plants, go for it.
