growing java fern and anubias lumens???

I have a 55 and I didnt have a lot of money. So I got a fluval led its 13 watts and 940 lumens. Is that enough to grow java fern and anubias in my 55 gallon or no?

Lumens doesn't tell anything but I can tell you that is very low light and while those plants will live don't expect much of any type of growth.

Ok as long as they will live. Im going to add two t8 lights tomorrow to pack some more watts into there. But my 5 gallon is leak8ng now so im like screwed haha
