GW Dry Ferts - Labels

I have been trying to get GW to e-mail me the labels for his ferts so I can label my jars but he has had trouble getting the file to me through e-mail. Does anyone have these in word format so I can print my own labels?

I just cut them off of the bags and tape them onto the containers... Of course it wouldn't be hard to create your own label in Word, for instance...

yeah I know, I just wanted nice new labels. The GW labels look good with the pics, I'll make my own if I have to, but It would be easier if someone already has them.
