Hairgrass or glosso

Hey guys! I am wondering what would be a good choice for my planted tank. It has no co2 injection but i have excel... dosing iron, flourish, pottasium and nitrate. I have a river sand substrate, close to fine gravel. Its anout 3cm thick only, so which carpet plant should i use and how should i go about planting it? i plan to use some DIY root tabs too! Thanks

What lighting do you use?

Without co2 I'd assume either one would turn into an algae farm.

Thats not a good picture. Are they fluorescent? What brand? Anything?

Apparently not... no labels nothing. Just 50hz. It is flouroscent.
