Help - algae!!!

Please help, this algae is slowly taking over my plants. It doesn't stick anywhere else.

Does anyone know what time of algae it is?

Can't tell for sure, is it black brush or black beard algae (BBA)?

Something is out of whack if it is outcompeting plants for growth. Some more info on your tank and parameters would help - lighting type, lighting duration, CO2, pH, KH, NO3, fertilizing regiment, etc...
