Help. CO2

People are talking about adding CO2 to their tanks for the plants . I know why (photosynthesis) but how do we do it. Can't the plants get CO2 from the fish? I am new to all of this!!!!

With slower growing plants and low lighting CO2 from fish, water changes and such is sufficient. When you add lighting and plants that sponge nutrients CO2 is a must for proper photosynthesis.

Where do I get the CO2 from ? A tank of some sort?
