Help dwarf puffers dead!

This morning I turned on the light to my tank and 2 of my 3 dwarf puffers were dead and they were tangled in the plants

Are we talking about Indian pea puffers here?

Yeah there pea puffers and the tank is ten gallons and the water is fine I checked and also they are very small ones

Pea puffers are very territorial, they should have space of 1 puffer for 5 gallons, and they will often kill each other over territory. And what did you test your water Params with?
