Help? What plant is this?

What kind of plant is this? I'm 90% sure it's a type of sword. I just saw it at petco in one of there goldfish tanks an got it. Also, can disease be on these plants? I rinsed them for a good 3-5 minutes. Please help, thanks.

Its a good idea to soak the plants in peroxide before adding it to a tank. It kinda looks like radican sword
