Help with plant

Could someone tell me what is wrong with this plant and what I can do to fix it? It actually looks worse in person. The leaves are decaying. I use root tabs and Leaf Zone. All the other plants are fine, as far as I know. Thanks!

This is actually the only plant in the front of the tank. It gets more light than the others, but it's a possibility since my lighting is the one that came with the tank. Pretty weak. Yes, the root tabs were purchased at Petsmart.

And this leads to another question. Since all of my plants are swords, do I need a liquid fert or are root tabs enough?

Here's a question, how many root tabs per plant did you use? I am finishing up the Flourish root tabs and I use several for each plant. After that moving to the DIY osmocote + tabs that other members made as I don't do DIY projects.

Just one. I didn't buy enough and I never went back to buy more. So, how many should I use for each plant?

I think it's down a ways in the planted tank subforum. MEBBID's DIY root tabs. People on here and planted tank.net sell them sometimes for cheap

I bought all but 3 back in May. The others have become established and are doing well. This one has been struggling for a while.

Yes, use Mebbids recipe and use multiple tabs. Work great!
